We offer 3 different UK shipping options for most of our products -

Timescales and prices of these delivery options may vary, so please refer to the checkout page for current information. Express delivery may not always be available on certain items. 

We also offer international shipping via Royal Mail

  • A small number of items are only available on a 10-15 working day service based on stock availability, but this will be clearly shown on our checkout page before you proceed.

  • For UK deliveries - We only use Royal Mail Tracked service

  • Shipping times may vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

  • Please note that the delivery timescale at present is just an estimate, although of course, we are doing our very best to get our orders out as quickly as possible

Tracking details of your order will be emailed to you with your dispatch confirmation. Alternatively, if you are a registered customer, these details can also be located within your order history, simply by logging into your account area and viewing your order history.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

- Please enclose the returns form or a note with your name and order number on so we can identify your order upon arrival. Any order returned without this information may be delayed.

 

For the safety and well being of our staff and customers, we are following strict protocol with regards to the return of products.

 

Therefore, please note, the following rules apply :-

  • Items must be returned with all original tags attached

  • Items returned must be in their original cello packaging

  • Items must be unworn, clean, and in a re-saleable condition

 

Any item returned in an unacceptable condition (e.g. makeup stains, human or pet hairs etc), will not be accepted, and the item(s) will be returned back to you via Royal Mail 48.

 

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.

  • Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.

  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.

  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.

  • When the returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.

  • If the refund is required and approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.  Refunds are processed in 7-14 working days from the return being received back

All deliveries made by Royal Mail/Fedex may require a signature. Please ensure that there will be somebody available at the delivery address who will be able to provide this. In the event that you should miss your scheduled delivery, the courier will leave a 'while you were out' card where you will have the option to re-arrange delivery or collect from your local sorting office. 

Should the courier be unable to complete delivery and the parcel has been left at the depot for over 1week, your order will be returned to us. In these cases My Rocking Kids reserve the right to charge you again for any re-send costs that we incur.

Please note, to enable a swift and automated workflow from our warehouse to our courier partners and enable all orders to be dispatched within our given timescales, we are not able to edit or cancel your order once it has been placed.

Placing An Order You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. We will send you an order acknowledgment by email, detailing the products you have ordered.

Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.

We may refuse to accept an order: (a) Where goods are not available (b) Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment (c) If there has been a pricing or product description error (d) If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions (e) If the order is to be delivered outside of the United Kingdom. (f) If your order for personalised products contains content which is threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience.

We cannot sell alcoholic products to anyone under 18. For this reason, we may refuse an order or refuse to make a delivery at our discretion. By placing an order you confirm that both you and the person the order is to be delivered to, are aged 18 years or over.

Our Prices All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates.

Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance, and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website.

From time to time we will review our pricing structure.

Delivery

We will deliver the Products ordered by you to the address, which you provide when you place your order. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items which have not been received.

Dispatch times are product dependant, with each product page identifying the average time to dispatch. MRK products on average take between 4-7 working days, and non MRK X products, the average dispatch time is 10-15 working days. Our normal working hours are Monday to Friday 9:30am – 5.30pm. We only dispatch orders during these times. All delivery and dispatch timescales quoted on the website do not include weekends and have been included as indicative timescales, actual timescales may differ due to events and conditions outside the control of My Rocking Co Limited.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date unless the item has been upgraded to a guaranteed delivery service. We cannot accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries as ultimately this element of the service is provided not by My Rocking Co Ltd but our courier partners. Orders can not be cancelled once they have been placed. However, the order can be returned for a full refund once delivered.

Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some offshore islands and some remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by our normal delivery services and so we may have to contact you to advise you of extra postal charges.

If you do not receive products ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email at info@myrockingkids.co.uk of the problem within 30 days of the date on which you ordered the products.

In the event that we reproduce an item for you and subsequently the original is returned as undelivered by Royal Mail, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee up to 100% of the sales price of the reproduced product.

We reserve the right to request customer wait up to 40 working days from the date of despatch before replacing an undelivered item. Once again this is because we do not provide the delivery service therefore the responsibility of the order transfers to the courier or supply partner transporting your item.

You have the legal right to return your order within 30 days of it being received, however this does not cover personalised, event or date based or perishable goods. Your right to return goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances: A) For the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications (this includes sizing and customisation) or is clearly personalised. B) For the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines.

Returns and Exchange

Your rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances: (a) Any products that we have made, personalised or customised specifically for you (for the avoidance of doubt this includes all clothing items as these are made to order). (b) Where, in our opinion, you have not taken reasonable care of goods whilst in your possession. (c) If you have made a spelling mistake on your order and it has been sent for production. (d) If you have selected an incorrect size.

If you return an item because of an error on our part, or because it is defective, we will happily provide either a replacement and/or refund the full value of the item and your costs in returning it to us.

The item(s) must be returned in the condition in which you received it within 30 days of delivery. By the very individual nature of personalised products, they cannot be re-sold, and therefore we cannot accept returns if you have a change of mind.

We regret that postage and packing costs for unwanted items cannot be refunded.

Please note: * You have a duty to return the item to us and the cost of doing so is your responsibility, except if the item is faulty or does not comply with the contract. * The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery. Discounts If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level. We will not honour any discount codes if they have not been applied before your order has been placed and confirmed.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. Payment:If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data.
